2. What data is processed and why

Only strictly necessary data is processed, and only in two situations:

  • If you email us: your email address and the content of your message, in order to reply to you. The legal basis is your own consent in writing to us.
  • If you buy a product: the purchase is completed through an external platform acting as the seller. That platform collects and processes your payment and billing data. We only receive the information needed to manage your order and provide support. The legal basis is performance of the contract.

3. What never happens

This site does not collect payment data, does not use tracking or advertising cookies, does not build behavioural profiles, and does not sell or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes.

4. Recipients

Your data may be processed by the following providers, all of them under the safeguards required by the GDPR:

  • The web hosting provider, which processes technical access logs.
  • The sales and payment platform (Payhip), as seller and party responsible for charging, invoicing and delivering the product.
  • The email provider, if you write to us.

5. Retention

Emails are kept for the duration of our relationship and, afterwards, for the period legally required to address any liabilities. Billing data is kept for the periods required by Spanish tax legislation, generally six years.

6. Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability at any time by writing to [email protected]. There is no charge for this.

If you believe your data is not being handled properly, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

7. Cookies

This website sets no first-party or third-party cookies for analytics, advertising or tracking. That is why you will never see a cookie banner here: there is simply nothing to consent to.

If any measurement tool is introduced in the future, it will be a cookieless solution that does not identify users, and this policy will be updated before it goes live.
